Shipping policy

 Please allow 5-7 days in delivery  for order preparation in addition to the estimated transit time.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated prior to payment and may vary based on factors such as item count, package weight, delivery ZIP code, and the chosen shipping method.

Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and are subject to change. Please note that holidays and high sales volumes may extend order fulfilment times.

**Best Rate** - Orders will be shipped by UPS and/or USPS. In some cases, orders may begin with UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Surepost and be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order's journey to you!

TRACKING INFORMATION

Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service.

DELIVERIES

Delivery times for each carrier choice are estimates only. Most of our orders will be delivered within 5-7 days in delivery and free shipping above $49. If not, it is usually due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or unexpected carrier delays. Please refer to your emailed tracking number for updates regarding delivery.

3-Day Delivery Products – Shipping Policy Addendum

Certain products on our website are eligible for Guaranteed 3-Day Delivery. These products are clearly marked with “3-Day Delivery” on their respective product detail pages.

The 3-Day Delivery option applies only to selected products that explicitly display the 3-day delivery message on the product landing page.

This delivery timeframe applies only to orders shipped within United States Of America.
